Aldigesic P is a pain-relief medication that typically contains aceclofenac (a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, NSAID) and paracetamol (acetaminophen). It’s used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and lower fever in conditions such as arthritis, muscle pain, backache, dental pain, or postoperative discomfort.
